Best pad see ew I have ever had. I tried the anchovy beef as well and it was pretty good. Boat noodle soup tasted similar to pho Bo. I would come back again to try some other stuff when in the area!

Love this restaurants. Besides my mom's cooking, I prefer to come here. I brought a lot of friends here. They all love it. I've been dinning here for more than a decade now. Still love it.

Beef skewers were aaahhmmaazziinnggg. Come with a pot of rice. I don't need anything else. Boat noodles had intestines which I am not used to. I love the beef tripe in it. There's beef slices and two fish balls. Love the spinach in it. Shrimp salad- soooooo big. I would definitely come back for more beef skewers.

This place has the best Thai Boat Noodle you can eat in Long Beach. The expertise of crafting a bowl like this comes from years of practice and resistance to change. Because Crystal's is not in the best area, it is segregated from other restaurants that have tried to innovate, modernize, and in turn lose the charm of what this food means to its locals and serve cultural food. Here, it has remained pure and unwavering. When you put a bowl like this next to a bowl from [undisclosed] popular restaurant that also serves Thai Boat Noodle, Crystal champions its ability to deliver a bowl that is so robust in flavor, expect broth fully slurped with empty bowls. It is a no frills restaurant with a small focused menu of Cambodian-thai food (the best intersection). It knows what it does best, it does not try to produce anything else. It is also exclusively for the locals. Located in the heart of Cambodia town, this is a place where you can get the sweet, familiar, and nostalgic pleasure of ordering in your mother tongue and with it, you receive the wonderful taste of their food. And this is not done on purpose, it is just because this place has existed for so long exclusively serving its community and being a part of the community themselves as small business owners. Its like clockwork for its regular customers. The portions are enormous. The price hasn't changed. I argue, they are still using the same menus from when I was a baby (b. 2002). Never change.
